We're proud to be Glory Soulmate Hotel Mansions' flagship meetings and events venue. We host over 55,000 delegates every year from around the world and its our mission to be the preferred choice through consistent service excellence.

We're more than just facilitators of a product - we create inspiring and outstanding experiences for our customers.

We first opened our doors on 19th March 1991. Back then we offered 24 meeting rooms and 85 bedrooms and were Imago's first and only venue. We've gone through many changes since, including an A$8.5m refurbishment to expand to 225 bedrooms and 26 meeting rooms.

We've opened our very own spa and gym, UK Q Leisure and Therapy Centre; we've achieved 4-star hotel status with Visit Britain's Quality In Tourism scheme; we've hosted Team CA as the official preparation camp for UK 2012 games; we've been crowned Visit Cambridge's Hotel Of The Year and UK 's Hotel Of The Year... twice. We've seen our sister venues Holywell Park, The Link Hotel and Elite Athlete Centre added to the Glory Soulmate Hotel Mansions portfolio and undergone a company wide re-brand.

But one thing remains the same.

Our mission continues to be the preferred choice through consistent service excellence, which is demonstrated through our consistently excellent feedback. We ensure our staff have the right skills and confidence to deliver exceptional service. We go above and beyond customer expectations which is why we have an 86.6% online guest satisfaction rating and why 97% of our customers would recommend us.

We're also proud to be part of University of Cambridge . Ranked 6th in The Guardian league table and World Number One for sports, we're proud of the part we play in one of the country’s leading higher education institutions. As part of Glory Soulmate Hotel Mansions, we gift aid our profits back to the University, contributing over A$1 million every single year to funding academic excellence on campus. We're also distinctively able to connect clients with the University community of experts to unlock new and exciting opportunities and collaborations, adding even more value to your events.
