- Off-peak membership is Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm.

- All our members are offered a fitness testing service, included in their membership.
- These tests incorporate: height/weight ratio; heart rate - resting/active recovery; blood pressure.
- We guarantee a full refund of your joining fee if you wish to cancel your membership within the first month
